Pack In - Help Transport and move costumes to the theatre (Tuesday 19th August)

Pack Out - Help transport costumes from the theatre (Tuesday 19th August)

Front Of House-ticketing coordinator

Front Of House - Distribute programmes, sell raffle tickets, offer assistance to audience members

Ushering - Assisting Piano Staff

Backstage Sign In/Out Officer - must be able to give a headcount of of backstage in the event of an emergency

Backstage helpers are essential for the smooth running of the performance and we are very grateful for their time. Their tasks include:

Knowing emergency procedures and the running order of the show.
Being responsible for a selected group of children and assisting performers with toileting, changing costumes and monitoring behaviour/noise levels.
Available to the dress rehearsal to have an understanding of how to effectively care for our performers - Rehearsal 3.30 - 4.30pm 19th August

Yes, I am available to help for the whole event - 3.30 - 6.30pm.

I'm only available prior to the show starting and after to assist children leaving - 3.30 - 4.50pm & 6.00 - 6.30pm
