Christmas Raffle Coordinator: Organising voluntary contributions for the raffle at the show, arranging people to sell tickets

Pack In - Help Transport and move costumes, props, sets to the theatre (Friday 12th and Sunday 14th Dec 8.30 am)

Pack Out - Help transport costumes, props, sets from the theatre (Friday 12th and Sunday 14th Dec 8.30 am)

Front Of House-ticketing coordinator

Front Of House - Distribute programmes, sell raffle tickets, offer assistance to audience members

Ushering - to know seating plan of theatre prior to the event and emergency evacuation procedures

Backstage Sign In/Out Officer - must be able to give a headcount of of backstage in the event of an emergency

Backstage helpers are essential for the smooth running of the performance and we are very grateful for their time. Their tasks include:

Knowing emergency procedures and the running order of the show.
Being responsible for a selected group of children and assisting performers with toileting, changing costumes and monitoring behaviour/noise levels.
Attending at least one dress rehearsal to have an understanding of how to effectively care for our performers.

Yes, I can attend at least one dress rehearsal and be present at the health and safety briefing. Time will be finalised early Term 4
